Look into other agencies and their success rates before spending a dime on this one. So much wrong here. We were led to believe great things. We just wanted a decent resolution and ended up having to pay more than what we did to begin with, on top of having to pay them. Great communicators at first and then it’s like you don’t exist. They didn’t return phone calls or emails. It was a nightmare. I would highly recommend looking into other agencies, even if they cost a little more. Your peace of mind will be worth it. Honestly, I don’t see how you could do worse. I feel like we were definitely scammed.

This company is a total sham!! Do your research before even thinking about them. The sales pitch that the first couple people give you sound great, until you give them money. They don't deliver half of what is said in the beginning, they leave you hanging without doing anything. Communication is horrible, they don't call when you set up time and make plenty of excuses. I was given information by one person and it was wrong but it was the only recorded phone call that somehow got erased or lost? I ended up talking to the IRS myself and did my own work. They are a tax mill scam. They don't do anything but leave you worse off than when you started. They should all be sent to jail!!!!
