Harvey gave a consultation about my tax situation without judgement. He was very professional and clearly explained their process. He made me feel at ease especially after having a very bad experience the last time I was looking for help with a different company. With Alleviate it’s been a the total opposite experience so far . I feel confident I can get this mattered resolved with this firm.

I had a terrible experience with Alleviate Tax. They charged me over $6,000 for a service they never delivered. I called numerous times but never got a clear answer. They always said a supervisor would call me back, but that never happened. This company is a complete scam. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from them—if you don't want to waste your money, don't even bother contacting this company.

Stay away from this company!!! I fell for their sales pitch about how they will help negotiate my taxes. I paid $15,000 and two years later they finally worked on my case and my tax bill was exactly the same! I should’ve just paid the tax bill these people don’t help resolve anything. Also I was sent to about 10 different people through the two years to work with me. The new person never had the information I sent to the old person so I was constantly resubmitting tax documents that they already had. This company is a scam set up to promise you but they don’t. Also the entire time they wasted and dropped the ball I continued to accrue interest in penalties. I started with a tax bill of $83,000 two years ago, in all I will spend $100,000 once you factor in late fees and the huge amount I paid alleviate tax. Also when I talked to Alleviate about this they told me “sorry there are no guarantees”. Priscilla could not understand why I wasn’t happy with their services. Wow.

It is my pleasure to write this review about my experience with Ayra K. of Alleviate Tax. This review was not forced, nor was I coerced into submitting it. Ayra was very kind and informative in detailing the different stages of the tax program offered by Alleviate Tax. He had excellent listening skills, was knowledgeable about the program and expressed a friendly disposition. When my emotions surfaced during the discussion of my present tax situation, he showed a sincere concern and offered words of encouragement. Over the weekend, I experienced some feeling of regret and anxieties in making the decision to enroll in the program and pursued to withdraw. However, after speaking with Ayra again, I had a change of heart and decided to follow through with finding out if my situation will be a fit for the program. I hope the program will be one that I’ll be able to pursue. I’m looking forward to the final decision. I can say my overall experience was one of a “good” experience. Thank you for allowing me to share my review.
