I appreciate the thoroughness of the providers at Allara, but even more I appreciate the communication that comes with it! A detailed explanation of labs, a plan of action to seek results, and a listening ear to really hear my goals are a beginning to the list of the benefits I have found with Allara. I also appreciate that "normal levels" are not the same as "ideal levels" which is the goal. Now that I have been with the program long enough to "feel" the benefits of the plan, I am a believer and looking forward to continued outcomes!

Meh. Feels like the visit with the doctor was superficial. She turned up 8 minutes late without an apology. I feel beyond an initial set of testing, nothing is done to address some of the symptoms i wanted to address. No reason or rational given why i might be feelinG this way. The dietician was more caring and making an effort, otherwise i would have given it one star. Still feels like a waste of money

Everything about this program is terrific! Doctors, everything…my experience has been wonderful. My only suggestion would be to instill a quicker message turnaround time…what I mean is that it takes too long for a response after I’ve sent a message. Thank you!

Brittny is just as wonderful—she was patient, supportive, and gave me practical, easy-to-follow nutrition advice that actually fits into my lifestyle. My insurance got billed $490.00 for a TELEVISIT. Why? There was NO diagnosis, NO labs done, NO prescriptions written so why $490???. I met with a Dr. Yung and she showed no emotion, almost like she was disgusted to be on a call with me, interrupted me like i don't know what i was going through myself. Find yourself an in-person specialist. Not worth it. I've heard and read reviews about them ripping people off and I refuse to be one of them so I cancelled.

I have nothing but a great experience with Allara! Being someone that struggles with PCOS it has been great finding a provider that understands what I’m going through!

I really love working with the providers at Allara - they're empathetic, knowledgeable, great listeners, and willing to work with me and treat me where I'm at. I've seen real tangible health improvements (lower A1C, lowered insulin resistance, some minor weight loss, increased energy) since starting. Their online system and portals are also really well made and usable. My only issue is that they don't have a provider who can work with me on my thyroid issues that's licensed in my state (MA) which limits my ability to streamline my care.

Providers genuinely care about patient care. They listen and look for root causes. Having a provider with a registered dietitian makes a huge difference in actually understanding your body.
