A trip of a lifetime made possible by A & R. The beauty of the thousand animals and wildlife within arms reach. The friendliness of the African people. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We couldn't have ask for a more pleasant Safari experience.

A&R handled all necessary details of our trip to the Galapagos Islands. With many Covid19 health restrictions and paperwork, A&R took the stress out of trying to navigate that morass by ourselves. Entry into Galapagos is difficult enough even without the Covid details. Thank you A&R for your great guides. I will continue to use A&R whenever possible.

Its the right time to visit Egypt, few tourists but it wont last. We got our second shot of vaccination mid February and we took the opportunity to take that trip after a too long stay home. We took the PCR test and flew to the Pharaoh country. On arrival Tarek greet us and manage to get us quickly through the immigration and drive us to the Kempinski Hotel to our beautiful room with view of the Nile. We met Amr our Egyptologist guide, a pleasant, charming and knowledgeable person who show us all the beauty and spectacular realization done four millenaries ago. The cruise on the Oberoi Zahra was a pleasant surprise, superb accommodation, superb service, superb food. Saleh the chef cook a perfectionist make each plate a piece of art. All along the trip all precautions have been made for safety, mask, sanitizer, widely available and used by all staff. Another great plus its a very low crowd that make the visit of the Valley of the Kings very pleasant, no waiting time to visit King Tut Amon tomb, usually its two hours. Many thanks to all the A & R team that make our trip so enjoyable in particularly to Raafat and Tarek who managed professionally all details.

I’ve always enjoyed being an independent traveler that researched and strived for the best value for every part of our trip. When we decided on a Kenyan Safari a year and a half ago for our 30th anniversary, I somewhat blindly settled on #AlexanderandRoberts (A+R) for a complete deluxe safari package. From the time we landed in Nairobi until we boarded the plane for Zanzibar, A&R and their Kenyan contractor, #SenseofAfrica, handled every aspect of our trip and they were spectacular. Their staff and the personnel at each facility excelled in hospitality and coordination. We have over a dozen new friends in Kenya that made this a spectacular celebration.

I have already reviewed this trip twice. You even sent vouchers acknowledging this.

Our experience with A+R was a very positive one. We dealt with AAA travel and booked our tour through Eric H. Travel Agent. A+R group was very professional, friendly and courteous during our correspondence. Their Conceige Melanie was truly helpful. She listened to us and really cared about what we had to say in solving our issue. Our group of six travelers would give 6 thumbs up and 5/5 stars for both AAA and A+Roberts Tours. We would definitely book future travels with them.

The Southeast Asia tour I just took with Alexander & Roberts was, without doubt, one of the finest trips I have ever taken. (And I have taken, and led, a lot of trips over my 50 years in the travel industry!) On a scale of 1 to 10, they earned a 20! They more than “knocked it out of the park; they hit a grand slam home run!!! The countries we visited were amazing. The itinerary was perfect. One hotel was better than the next (all received WOW's from my group). Even the meal venues and food were superb. This is the sixth group I have planned with Alexander & Roberts and I am a "raving fan.” It is a true pleasure to work with such a wonderful team of people, and an organization that consistently delivers such high quality, value products.

We had an excellent trip to Panama last year with A+R and signed up for a second trip to Alaska for this year. Unfortunately we are unable to take the trip to Alaska due to the Covid-19 issues. However A+R was fantastic in working with us to make us whole from the Alaska trip and went above and beyond to satisfy our requests. We will definitely be travelling with A+R in the future and am grateful we chose A+R when hearing horror stories from friends that chose other tour company's. Thanks A+R great job!
