Trip to Russia was interesting but not as eventful as other scheduled tours taken. The guides were informative. The lodgings were great. We were disappointed that the guides did not have dinner with us at all-especially the first night we arrived. We would have appreciated more exposure from the guides to Russian culture-not just the museums and points of interest. There were 2 scheduled lunches which were good. Some of the days were long with no snacks or lunch arranged. We had to request times to use the restroom at times. Overall, we were disappointed with the tour based on the total cost we paid. I would not recommend this tour based on its current itinerary.

Your representation was was not honest. This was a trip that I waited all my life to take. When there, 2 out of the 3 days were on islands that had nothing but few plants and lizards. The amount of money I paid to be taken to islands with nothing on it! It was shameful! Upon my return I was told that the demand for access was great and that the Gallopogus environmental agencies have to limit the number of people coming. You should’ve inmformed me, an honest upfront talk about what was possible. Instead you shuttle my husband and I to rocky islands, a waste of time and money. No, I do not recommend your services.

Bad customer service, not very helpful when problems arise during the trip. Their choice of hotels and local tour groups is not very good. Better off booking everything yourself after doing your research online.

A&R did NOTHING other than act as a booking agent. There was no special informational sessions. The shore excursions were all arranged and managed by the cruise line. The ONBOARD A&R representatives added no value (I think it was a comped trip for them). Better and cheaper to have booked directly. Definitely will not use again. By contrast another travel company had booked much of the ship and their rep. was always helping their clients and provided a vastly more meaningful service.
