This trip was only a possibility because Alexander and Roberts took extraordinary measures to get us to popular sites when no one else was there. The guides were experts and the accommodations, especially the ship, were top of the line. The ship actually docked by itself when in port, as opposed to other ships that were rafted together sometimes 4 or 5 deep. We highly recommend them.

We took the A&R tour of Tanzania, Rwanda with an extension to Zanzibar in September 2021.The entire tour was excellent and enjoyable thanks to Scott and his team at A&R. The excellent lodging facilities ,the health security precautions and the tasty vegetarian options provided for us is worthy of mention. On a personal note I can say without any reservation that the tour had several highlights which will forever be etched in our memory for a long time to come. If i were to pick the best moments, the Mara crossing of thousands of animals was incredible, spectacular and was once in a lifetime spectacle to behold. The next most memorable moment was the Gorilla sightings in Rwanda. It was the closest encounter of the animal kind that I was privileged to witness. Another memory which will remain with us was the spectacular balloon ride over the expansive terrain in Serengeti with thousands of animals. It was timeless and endless. Kumar

Our family revisited Chile after having to evacuate Chile because of COVID two years ago.They honored our prepayment for two years and we finished the trip last month at very little expense on our part.Truely an honorable company!Great trip!

International travel during the COVID pandemic can be very difficult especially with the continually changing COVID test requirements. We are very fortunate to have A+R and their wonderful support staff on our team. They have taken a lot of the burden off our shoulders.

Antarctica Cruise It was absolutely awesome! Alexander and Roberts staff met us at airports and after the cruisue and made sure we were to our hotel or ship on time. The cruise was educational and beautiful. The ship staff were all friendly, professional and had great service. The expeditions were safe and exciting at the same time!

Enjoyed all legs of my Africa trip. Safari's, lodging and meals were all outstanding. All trips were on time and lead by knowledgeable escorts. I really can't think of anything that I would change. (Maybe the one day of rain!)

"Adventures Across Iceland" was FABULOUS! As a solo traveler, I appreciated the "safety net" Alexander and Roberts provides me, with 24/7 contact numbers to call. My flight from JFK was delayed for 2.5 hours. I had to call A&R to let them know that my arrival time would be delayed and pick up at the the airport needed to be changed. It was late at night in NY when I called and talked with a live person who handled ALL the details. When I arrived in Iceland, I met my driver at the airport who drove me to my hotel. My room was ready and a delicious boxed breakfast was waiting for me in my room. The front desk gave me the name of my tour guide and phone number to call. I called from the hotel phone, no charge, and Gusti, our tour guide said the bus could pick me up in 20 minutes. The bus and Gusti arrived and everyone clapped on the bus as I took my seat to begin "Adventures Across Iceland".

This was our second time for a custom tour with A & R. They handle the details very well (including 4 Covid tests). Their guides are pleasant and knowledgeable. Currently planning another trip with their Middle East representative and looking forward to another great trip!
