After nine weeks I received the boots I ordered, they are gorgeous and thank heavens they fit, because I don’t think I would have been willing to wait another nine weeks for a replacement. This company makes a beautiful product, but needs to improve their communication. To their credit they did reach out, after I left a previous review on Trust Pilot, and apologized for the delays and the lack of communication. I will shop with Alessandro Vasini again because the products are excellent, I just won’t expect to receive my purchase for a couple months.

The boots are stunning! Love the shape, the leather is so beautiful and the craftsmanship is really outstanding. I got the Nico boots in black calfskin.

It’s my 4th purchase and it’s not the first time that the brand experiences heavy delays of delivery, but they seem not to learn from it, in terms of process and communication. What is the cost to send an email to your customers that are waiting for news about their order during 2 months? How difficult is it read the mails that arrive into the mailbox and answer to them? 4th purchase and there won’t be 5. It’s a pity because the shoes are really great.

Commande 2 paires de bottes le 20 janvier après 2 mails du service client suite à mes nombreuses demandes on me dit à chaque fois de patienter quelques jours pour l envoi on m a meme propose un dédommagement financier pour la gêne occasionné mais après les délais non respectés plus de nouvelles du tout du service client Cela ressemble fort à une arnaque ils vendent des articles qu ils n ont apparemment pas en stock. Votre argent est bien débité de votre compte à la date de la commande alors que normalement il n est débité qu à la date de l envoi

They simply never deliver product, have things that are of random sizing (jeans that have been ordered before of the same style and size have completely different sizings) boots take months to deliver. I ordered a pair of boots 5 months ago and when you contact customer care they dont try to do anything, except get more info and then never respond for any follow-ups after you provide them with info. Honestly horrible cusyomer care, the products themselves are good, when they arrive, but they nearly never do or are a wrong size.

Buyer beware… I ordered/paid for a pair of boots from this brand 3 months ago and still haven’t received them. I’ve had to file a dispute with my bank to get a refund. Terrible company and customer service. I bought YSL boots instead. Don’t waste your time and money.

I couldn't highly recommend this company for quality!! Yes,from some rewiews I've read re:the costumer service,sometimes can take day or two they to reply, but they DO REPLY! I've ordered their Gloria jacket and is out of this world, honestly everything is Tops!!!! Costumer service was spot on and very helpful re the sizing. Thank you to all the stuff that help me for my jacket!
