Great Product ( leather jacket) However,, the communication between consumer and retailer are not good enough for me and the money spent on their products. After reaching out after 2 weeks of no indication of my purchase being delivered, the company finally reached out to me via email. Communication is key and the company is lacking in communication of order status.

Way overpriced for what they are.

The status of my order has not changed since last week... I have tried several times to contact customer service. But I have no answer from them...

I like the product however the service and turnaround time to deliver product is unacceptable. I was promised on numerous occasion product would be shipped and followed up but did not received timely response.

The overall product is very nice, despite a small manufacturing error (some of the nails of the sole of the foot protrude into the inside of the shoe). Furthermore, the delivery time was also long.

The boots are just what I wanted, they are not terribly comfortable but look great and they are very well made. I am hopefully with more wear they will become more comfortable.

It took a month to receive boots I ordered. They have good customer service as they responded to my emails. I like the product, but they’re shipping time is a bit misleading.

The product is amazing! But issues galore with order management and logistics. I bought $3k within 3 weeks but - seriously unsure of your logistics staff. Again- if it arrives- the products are better than RRL Todd Snyder and John Elliott.
