Bonjour, j'ai commandé et payé une paire de boots le 9 novembre 2023. Je les ai reçus le 21 décembre mais j'étais partie pour les fêtes. Le 4 janvier, j'ai signalé que je souhaitais un échange car elles sont très grandes. je m'étais informée auprès du service client avant l'achat car elles font partie des chaussures les plus chères et je me méfiais des tailles italiennes... J'ai plutôt été mal renseignée. Il n'y a pas de guide de taille informant de la longueur en centimètres. Depuis lors aucune réponse à mes nombreux mails pour obtenir l'étiquette retour promise dans les règles de retour ( sous 30 jours) et les 30 jours vont s'écouler... J'ai l'impression de ne pas être prise en considération et je suis très contrariée de ne pouvoir porter ces chaussures qui au demeurant sont superbes!

Just received my boots from Alessandro Vasini. They got my attention because a friend of mine got one pair from this brand and she was so happy with the quality. She was right. Sooo good! Beautiful! Ordered the Alison in tobacco suede and they are really cool boots to wear for any occasion. I find them very comfortable as well. My friend had to wait a couple of weeks but my order arrived really quick and the size was perfect.

Ordered the boots, they arrived, lovely boots and good quality - but they didnt fit. Took weeks to get anyone to respond with return details. Finally I received a return label. Not a word from the company. 6 weeks have passed. I have activated a dispute with my cc company. They seem like a bogus set up to me

Have contacted via email and Instagram via DM numerous times and no response. Ordered on 8th and they never shipped. I asked to cancel my order because it never arrived before Christmas as promised on their site and no response. Had to leave comments on their recent posts and they proceeded to delete. After leaving a comment a couple more times they then responded on the thread asking to “DM” and still nothing. They are the worst. I am currently filing a dispute to get this resolved because of their lack of attention and customer service. They’re horrible and will never order from them again.

Just received my purchase, the Janis boots in patent leather. Quality exceeds my expectations, it seems really well made. I think these boots will be my new favorite, with a perfect height at 3 inch heel and a very nice shape. Love the clean look of the design and is very elegant. The leather is very nice and soft. Fit true to size compared to other European brands. I have the same size with other Italian shoes. Very nice discovery… Happy new customer!
