I ordered a pair of black boots on January of 2024. The company charged my account but has not shipped my boots yet. Buyer beware

Ordered (very expensive) boots almost a month ago and haven’t heard from them since. The money was taken off my credit card immediately. I wrote several e-mails but they do not get back to me. Don’t trust this company!

I placed an order Feb 11 and financed through Affirm! Neither will refund!! Beware of using affirm!!!

I have been trying to contact customer service for weeks to ask about my order and have received no reply. I have emailed the sales department, service department, PR department, investors department and none of them reply. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY.

So I would NOT order from this company EVER. They do not honor their word and they do NOT give refunds. They take months to ship your item and if it does not work out claim it is too late to return them. They are not an honest company so I can only give the one star.

After 3 months my boots arrived and they are F*n amazing! Im a bit ashamed of myself for having sent harassing emails demanding they be sent quicker. Spoiled american mentality! They arrived in perfect presentation and are exactly what I thought I was getting. I ordered keith boots and i was smart enough to go up a 1/2 size and they fit like a glove. Thank you and sincere apologies for being an ass in the process of receiving these.

Does not deliver products, i have an order from over 8 months ago which had yet to be delivered , also customer support is not helpful with dolving any issue, and often simply doent respond. Dont spend your money with them, they will never send you anything
