I ordered my boots 22 June and still to this day have not received any advice they have shipped. Customer service have responded twice but still no evidence of anything. I am not sure even if this is a scam. I have paid $795 and nothing!!!

My boots didn’t arrive. Three weeks after my order I filed a claim with PayPal and reached out to the vendor. They DID respond by telling me they had longer than usual ship times. I replied by telling them when I received my item I would close my claim. They told me THEY WOULD NOT SHIP UNTIL THE CLAIM WAS CLOSED! They still hadn’t shipped!!! Well I still wanted the boots so I went ahead and closed the claim. Now it it had been another three weeks and no boots so I emailed the company to inquire about the shipment. That was 5 days ago and no reply. I then tried to reopen a claim with PayPal. Unfortunately once a claim is closed, you cannot reopen a claim. So I’m off to the bank today to get a chargeback against the vendor. $695.00 is a lot of money to loan a fashion designer for a month and a half without any interest. Not happy with being coerced to close the claim and the fact they never even shipped the boots after three weeks! Really horrendous customer service. But what’s new in todays world.

I like the product however the service and turnaround time to deliver product is unacceptable. I was promised on numerous occasion product would be shipped and followed up but did not received timely response.

I have placed an order for a pair for shoes since 1st of June 2023 and haven’t received my order yet. Different people kept saying different things and when I placed my order the shop wasn’t on back order! So why is the order taken more then four weeks to ship? I’m very disappointed and frustrated. I’m definitely not happy about this situation and won’t be ordering anything from you guys again!
