The customer strive is so slow to cancel an order or ask for their return label. I’ve never shopped at a company that is supposed to be luxury offering luxury shoes that takes forever to answer to their clients. I am really disappointed with their customer service but I have to say their selection of shoes and clothing are one of my favorite. It’s really a 50/50 whenever I shop because I just want their customer service to respond faster rather than waiting over 2 WEEKS for a response

I ordered a pair of boots on July 18, 2023. I reached out on July 26, 2023 to ask when my boots would ship. On August 1, 2023 their customer service team responded and said the boots would ship out on August 4, 2023 and I would receive them by August 7, 2023. It's now September 5, 2023 and I still haven't received the boots. Their customer service and sales teams have stopped replying to my emails. I'm afraid I will never receive the boots and I've wasted my time and money. Stay very far away from this company, as it appears to be a scam.

Don't sell items not in stock

Its been 3 weeks since I ordered and send 2 emailed asking about status and yet to hear back regarding shipping or refund. So my experience is not a good one

The baddest boot I've ever purchased. They have mastered the sleekness I've always been looking for. Only wish the made it in a dark brown and dark navy blue

They forgot to ship my order its been over a month.

I made five attempts to return my product without any response. I have contacted my credit card to report fraud.
