Slow service. I still have not received my shoes

I contacted customer support two times to try to return an item that did not fit but never got a reply so I’m stuck with clothes that don’t fit me. Not ok.

I am a big fan of boots and for a couple of years I have only bought Alessandro Vasini. His designs are unique, it's usually hard for me to choose just one pair. Details and quality are just amazing. The shopping experience is so easy, and the delivery is so fast. It is always an experience to open the packaging and among the delicate details discover my new shoes.

In love of my new boots! It is not easy to find white boots, but Alessandro Vasini nailed it. The quality of the leather and the comfort are amazing. A lifetime boot. I have to say that shipping time great! In two days I had my package at my front door, wow!

I'm genuinely impressed by the exceptional quality of these boots – they exceeded my expectations in the best way possible. You can tell by just looking and feeling them that they're made to last! I also love the detail of including a dust bag to help preserve their condition. But what surprised me the most is that my order arrived within just two days. Can't wait to continue exploring their collection!

I have being following Alessandro Vasini for a while and loved his collections. Finally got my first pair of Ankle boots in a leopard Calf-suede and they were even more amazing in real life. The fit, the heel and the print are incredible. Since the package arrived I felt special but when I tried them on, it was a game changer, I felt Awesome.

If you want a month's long saga that will slowly drive you to madness and sorrow then this is a great brand to purchase from! For everyone else avoid at all costs: - Customer service doesn't respond unless you get upset and finally beg and plead for help. - Your order will not ship until you follow up with customer service for at least 6 weeks. - An exchange will take 12 weeks if you happen to order the wrong size. (Boots were -1.5 sizes off my normal.) - You will probably never get a refund or a store credit if you return something. - My order is now 20 weeks along without full resolution. - Fully expecting to have to get a small-claims judgement to finally get my order resolved which is so fun!
