Your customer service takes way too long to respond to an email and generate a return label, way too long. If you improve that process you may see ma again!

I was a fan of my first purchase. I had to return something, and got store credit for around €380. After some time, I bought a second item (but wound up spending more as I only €380). The item I received did not fit. I contacted 7 times via email, website, instagram, and NO ONE has responded to me. Very disappointing experience, and highly do not recommend purchasing from this company.

Excellent quality and fast delivery

Have emailed them 3 times now asking about my order, haven’t got a damn thing back. Worst customer service I’ve experienced with an online store. {EDIT} I have just now received an update on my order finally. All though it took a while to get someone to answer me I am appreciative that I got an update on my order and am looking forward to receiving my boots - will update this when they arrive. {EDIT 2} boots finally got shipped, they stated they had to get the boots from Italy to Miami first, got to Miami yesterday and shipped out same day, received the boots the very next day (central Florida) took exactly 2 weeks and 5 days to arrive but I absolutely love the boots, amazing quality the suede is so buttery I also want to point out that it did take a few days to get responses from customer service but all in all they were very helpful and professional and were able to make sure I got my boots before I went out of state

Great customer service. Able to easily return shoes a size too small and promptly receive the correct size. No hassle or problem.
