This is an update to the review i wrote on the 20th September about my two orders. Alexandro Vassini have still not refunded me €910 worth of shoes - it’s been 4 weeks since they received them back. They keep on saying that I will have the refund ’soon’… Furthermore, I placed a second order for smaller sizes (this was before I knew how worthless they were). One pair just didn’t arrive in the box but I’ve been charged. The other pairs also came up large so I requested a returns slip. I still have not received the returns slip - it’s been over two weeks. I’ve emailed numerous times but they are completely ignoring me. Do NOT waste you time and money. Alessandro Vasini currently has over €3000 of my money sitting in their accounts which they are not returning. This has gone too far and taken too much of my time and effort so i will be looking into a legal consumer rights route. If anyone has experience dealing with Italy I would appreciate immensely some tips. I live in the UK and Alessandro Vasini are based in Italy. Thank you. Anna

I’m so in love wiht my new boots, this actually was love at first sight when I found out about the brand through social media... At the begining I was a bit worried about delivery time since I live out of the US but I was visiting my family for vacation, so I purchased the boots and communicated to customer service and they got back to me right away making sure that I was going to get my boots before traveling back to South America, which is were I live... I believe that Alessandro Vasini has a sophisticated aesthetic, it is sort of a classic with twist, luxury with avant garde. Congrats to my new favorite italian luxury boots brand!

Entgegen Angabe in Rechnung ist Zollzahlung notwendig, da Ware aus USA kommt. Habe Annahme von UPS verweigert, was dazu führte, dass das Paket im Lager von UPS verschwand. Keine Antwort, keine Hilfe zur Klärung von A. Vassini. UPS vertröstet und findet das Paket nicht wieder. Mein Schaden: 468,75 € Muss ich noch erwähnen, dass ich niemals wieder bei A.V. etwas bestellen würde?

Customer service was very helpful before buying (I needed informations about sizing for a jacket) and after when I needed to know more detail about shipping. Patience is needed here, delivery can be as long as 4 weeks. It would be very helpful if the height of models and size worn were described on the website. Nice product quality

I have made the best purchase on luxury shoes. I couldn’t be happier. The delivery was really fast as I need. The quality of material and manufacture is outstanding and they look amazing. I bought 2 items, boots and a jacket. The experience and attention from customer support was just incredible. They provided me with accurate and efficient tracking info, from Italy to my home. The products are exquisite!!! Italian quality, unique and only from Italy!!!

I ordered a pair of leather boots, after exchanging many emails with customer service about what would be an appropriate size to try, given that I have bunions — it’s a question of length versus width. Customer Service assured me that I could exchange the boots if they didn’t work out. When I got the boots, I tried them on, putting them inside pillowcases, so as not to get the boots dirty. I do not have carpeting in my house, only bare floors. Although I loved the boots, unfortunately they begin to pinch my bunions so I had to return them. I never wore the boots outside of the house or without the pillowcases around them. I was so astonished to recently hear from Customer Service that they would be returning the boots to me because they were “used and worn on a non-carpeted surface.” I wrote back to customer service and explained that I never wore the boots outside, and I always wore them with pillowcases over them as I tried to see whether they would hurt. I did not receive any reply from customer service, so I am posting this as a beware to any buyers that this return policy is bogus. If the slightest indentation from some imperfection in your wood floor that goes through a cloth barrier like a pillowcase mars the surface of the sole, you will be keeping the product. I will never buy from this brand again.

I have never received my item.
