This was a terrible experience with this company. Communication is terrible, the shipping time is awful, and when there is an issue no one responds to you, when they do its a challenge to accomplish a task. It's unfortunate, I think they are an EU-based company trying to sell in the US market without a lot of infrastructure. I would hold off on any purchase from them until they get their act together.

Merchandise gorgeous service sucks!!! I ordered 4 pairs of boots this year. It took about 6-8 weeks to receive each of the first 3 pair. There was no contact with customer support during this time and I had no idea if I was going to receive the merchandise. In addition, I made a return a couple months back and despite multiple communications my account still has not been credited. FInally, I ordered a pair of boots for my husband about a month ago for Xmas and still have not received them or any indication that they will arrive on time.
