Alarm Relay was very easy to deal with when setting up the new alarm system, ours has nearly 100 zones. Alarm Relay has always responded quickly if there was a false alarm, so we were able to clear it with no problem and no needless police or fire call.

Alarm Relay has been a very reliable company. We have had them for over 10 years now. We just moved to a new house, and installed their Helix system ourselves which saved hundreds over what Vivint was offering. Alarm Relay has always contacted us immediately if there has been an alarm, or even when the power goes out to let us know the panel is on battery backup. I recommend Alarm Relay to all my friends and family.
