I have been completely happy with Alarm Relay. I have never failed to receive a call when alarms occur. They are quick to notify me with issues they are seeing with my alarm and are easy to work with when I am performing maintenance. You're not going to find a better service for the money.

I’ve used other alarm monitoring companies - local companies - but they paled in comparison to AlarmRelay. AlarmRelay is much more reasonably priced AND they respond MUCH faster to alarms. I am extraordinarily pleased with AlarmRelay and would highly recommend them.
