one never wants to USE your home alarm, but knowing it is there and being monitored professionally provides me and my family peace of mind. The one time the alarm did go off - Alarm Relay response was IMMEDIATE - supporting their position they provide Great Service at a reasonable cost. We moved to Alarm Relay because we grew tired of continual fee increases with no increases in service. Good Bye ADP!! & Thank you Alarm Relay!!

Alarm Relay provides the basic functions REQUIRED to operate the alarm system. No advanced capabilities which would bring it up to par with the other providers. NO fingerprint recognition for passcode NO automation with Google Home or Alexa. NO integration with third party applications for automation. Really just a remote keypad.

We switched to Alarm Relay last year after a 36 mo contract with another monitoring company was fulfilled. The Alarm Relay contract was $30 per month less expensive. The most impressive part of switching was their service from initial contact, to programming the system and the monitoring. We have accidentally tripped the alarm several times and Alarm Relay has contacted us immediately for confirmation. I highly recommend Alarm Relay.

I like Alarm Relay's low monthly fee and general responsiveness re calling when an alarm goes off. What they could do better -- where we have not been able to answer the phone no police were dispatched. And occasionally some calls came way after the alarm was set off. Finally text and email alerts could bring the service into the 21st century.

No issues. Monitoring is very reasonable and support has been great.

Very pleased - they seem to have a better knowledge of the whole process and system --as examples: 1. When they took over the two home systems, they went thru all the zones with me as well as testing the fire alarms to be sure they were working. Never heard from the previous company or went thru any similar testing. 2. They explained that I had to let the local police know I had the system and sent an appropriate form for the notification. 3. They are very good about notifying us of any issues--mostly they were power outages this last winter as we had some severe winter weather. We plan to update the summer home alarm system so it is not tied to a land line telco system and hopefully we can work with these same people as they are very good.
