Best monitoring company
Reasonable cost, 24-hour monitoring and assistance with setting up your system. Can't go wrong with Alarm Relay.

Great service and price
Great service and price. The app is a bit quirky. Sometimes it takes 5 minutes to arm or disarm. Sometimes not at all.

Good alarm company.
Very Happy with Alarm Relay. Price is right and service is good. We use them with Alarm.com. They could get a little better with that integration but it went pretty well.

So far, so good...
Excellent service at a reasonable and honest price (i.e. no “surprise” fees or low ball temporary teaser rates like most other alarm monitoring companies). Alarm Relay always call immediately when we (accidentally) trip the alarm and are friendly when we inevitably say “sorry, false alarm” (after password verification). Based on our experience so far, we would definitely recommend Alarm Relay.
