This company does it all: great service and stellar customer support. They are ALWAYS very responsive when an alarm event occurs, and they've helped me upgrade my system with remote support and through a local partner. And the price is fair. I couldn't ask for anything better!

After working for ADT and seeing the insane price gouging and manipulation of people's fears I left the company and refuse to do business with them. I found Alarm Relay and have enjoyed their service for several years now. It helps that I already had install knowledge, so I can't review their installers. Besides that they are very professional, have had great response times everytime my alarm has triggered and you can always get ahold of someone when calling in. I recommend them to all of my family and friends.

Next renewal will be my 3rd year! I am not happy with the monitoring charges to be paid in lump sum. I am contemplating of terminating the monitoring service unless I will be given a special rate or discount. Thank you for your consideration.

Great value, greater price

Alarm Relay is a no brainer, great price, service very good. Been using them for 10 years. No problems at all.

So my only issue is they have lied about billing here we are on our third year and the price sky rocketed over $165.00 then any prior years. I specifically asked prior to signing up with them and they did say it would go up every year but never more than around $20-$25 a year and by the third year it would stay such price. I just received my bill and am waiting for Monday to call them and complain and most likely cancel.
