We have had an excellent experience with Alarm New England! From Tom G. In the Boston office, who took us through the initial application and explained in detail the system components as well as the time frame for installation to Nick, the technician who installed the system in our home (he was thorough and patient, as he fielded our questions and concerns) to Connie, who helped us with the mobile app....she was so polite and personable! These employees were truly dedicated to giving the best possible customer service! Thank you!

Alarm New England has been great! After a minor hiccup after installation they have made up for it and then some. Obviously committed to their customers! Special shout out to Connie who has been great!
