I would not hesitate to recommend AlarmGrid to anyone who has an interest in their home alarm. I will especially recommend the company to folks who have a little technical knowledge and want to be able to customize their alarm to suit their individual needs.

Excellent customer service!! I called with a few questions before my activation and always received excellent service. My activation took longer than normal because of my slow wifi but Julie was very patient and took excellent care of me.

I switched to Alarm Grid from ADT about three years ago. First to protect business assets and now for far more precious "assets"-- My home and family. Alarm Grid has been a delight to deal with. The customer service is outstanding (their patience with time challenged, easily distracted, your truly has been impressive -- I would not have been that good). I dealt with more than one person during installation -- they were all equally good. I now pay $20/month for significantly better protection. I was with ADT for 10 years, during which the rates went up from about $25 month to $47.69 per month (on a non cancellable, automatically renewed without notice, 3 year contract). Luckily I discovered the automatic renewal "feature" when a salesperson came to recommend that I upgrade the system. To my utter horror I also discovered that when I switched to VOIP phone almost a year earlier, the landline dependent alarm monitoring was no longer active!! ADTs response was that the fine print in a contract signed 10 years ago (and automatically renewed) "clearly" stated that I will have to maintain a landline. Their big company system did not know that my little premise that they were charging monthly to monitor did not have a signal. SO much for protecting me!! Now with Alarm Grid and optional Total Control monitoring (total $20 per month, no contract), I have a state of the art Honeywell system that they check automatically every 60-90 minutes passively, and instantly inform me by email and text, if there is power failure or Wi-Fi signal loss. While in 10 years of my "relationship" with ADT, the only interaction I had with the company was a sales person trying to sell me an upgrade, Alarm Grid patiently educated me on the options, took me through the installation and all this personal care and followup for less than half of what I was paying ADT. I can't recommend Alarm Grid strongly enough. Wish there were more options than 5 stars.

I have setup service with Alarm Grid at two homes I have lived in now and they have made the process extremely simple both times. People who want to setup an alarm system themselves and have it monitored without a contract or ridiculous pricing, Alarm Grid is the way to go. Their support is fantastic for answering questions about different alarm system components or recommendations for different home alarm accessories. Excellent company to work with.

I am really impressed with this company. All my Alarm questions were answered promptly and thoroughly, packages arrived promptly and the website is easy to use and navigate. I also had a return for a window sensor that was promptly processed with a minimum of fuss. They provided me a USPS pre-paid label. All I had to do was print it and attach to the return envelope. Activation support was also excellent.

Joe and Sterling at AlarmGrid were very helpful in setting up an alarm at my new place. And so far their monthly monitoring service appears to be working well.

I have bought 3 Honeywell 5800 C2W and Lyric controller with other wireless alarm components for my new prewired house. I have been talking with Alarm Grid many time before and during ordering, shipping, installation and finally, activation. Everyone was very helpful and professional with a lot of patience, especially Sterling. At the end, thanks to Alarm Grid I am very happy to have a hybrid alarm system you can only dream about. Further more, Alarm Grid is monitoring my alarm system with no contract. Thank you Alarm Grid, thank you Sterling. And yes, I will be very happy to recommend Alarm Grid with no hesitation to anyone in need of help with alarm.
