Hi, I don't normally write reviews, but I had to provide feedback on Alarm Grid. I have had several issues in migrating my service from ADT (non responsive) to Alarm Grid. If the migration process is any indication of the monitoring service, I clearly made a great decision. Jorge worked with me for several hours as we cleaned up the "sins of the past". He was patient and new my security system well. This was important because my system is at least 10 years old. These guys delivered the goods and I would recommend them without question. Thanks.

ALARM GRID is the REAL DEAL! I purchased a new security system for my home (replacing an older one), and intended to have it professionally installed. To start, ALARM GRID's prices for the new equipment was the lowest I could find anywhere, including Amazon.com. But competitive pricing was only the beginning. During the purchasing process I was able to live chat (and follow up phone call) with STEPHEN, who answered every conceivable question I had about my new system. After getting a quote from a local installer for $800, STEPHEN convinced me that I could install the system myself. ALARM GRID has made dozens and dozens of YouTube videos on how to install all of their alarm systems and components, step by step. I watched numerous videos by STERLING and FRANK and followed their simple instructions, which helped me not only to properly install my new system, but also to properly de-install my old one. But there's still more: ALARM GRID offers no-contract month to month monitoring at very reasonable prices (almost 50% of what I was paying to Monitronics), and after I bought all the equipment and installed it, I needed to ask several configuration questions. I simply login to my ALARM GRID account during business hours and receive real-time, live chat support to answer each and every question. I even had some special configuration requests that with other companies would mean charging an extra monthly fee…but JOE handled everything in seconds and told me that ALARM GRID doesn't charge extra for those little things. Whether you are installing yourself, buying new equipment, or need competitively-priced no-contract monitoring, you don't need to waste your time looking anywhere else: ALARM GRID has my highest recommendation. ** I am a regular consumer. Don't pay those exorbitant monthly fees to the traditional alarm system companies, using your old existing systems. Alarm Grid was a breeze to setup a completely new feature-rich replacement system, along with mobile access, and the monthly monitoring fees are less than my insurance savings. Win win!

Alarm Grid is a pleasure to do business with. They are very reasonably priced and have the best help videos on UTube of any company I have seen. Set up is easy and everyone is very helpful. I did price comparison and they are very competitive. The TV cable companies could learn a great deal from Alarm Grid.
