Alarm Grid has consistently been amazing for both purchasing equipment and monitoring. During the research phase, they make it easy to review equipment options including making manuals available as well as technical blog posts about various system components, how they interact with each other, specifications, etc. I felt totally confident in using them to purchase my equipment and it came quickly, even when ordering close to a weekend. My activation process after I installed the equipment was quick and seamless, and I could not be happier with their monitoring support. Every time I have needed support from the Alarm Grid team it has been quick and efficient. On the few occasions the monitoring center has had to contact me, that has also worked perfectly. Finally - but most importantly given the products they are selling and supporting - when I needed support to figure out and push an update to my system while away from home, the Alarm Grid team worked with me to make it happen, saving me stress and headaches from afar. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

I signed up after I saw all of there YouTube tutorials and I got the self bronze plan from alarmgrid super cheap and that it is super easy to setup snd activate sold me on alarmgrid and I had an existing vista 21ip with a 6160 keypad already installed so got on the phone and called alarmgrid and Darrell Kittle got on the phone and explained everything super well and i work in IT so I am kinda an expert on this but he was a super nice guy and explained everything in great detail. so overall it has been a great experience with alarm grid can’t wait for the years to come with you guys thank you alarm gird I don’t know what I would be doing right now with out you guys thank you

I’ve had Alarm Grid monitoring my home for almost 2-1/2 years. I appreciate the excellent technical support I received setting up my system and the affordable monthly rate. And just this last week, my alarm went off during the night! Thankfully, it was only a sensor that had come loose, but I was extremely grateful that someone called to insure I was safe while I figured out what was happening. Again, their technical support team was superb and I’m thankful for Brandon helping me sort out what failed in my system and Freddie for his excellent advice on how to repair and be more prepared if my alarm were to go off again. Thank you!

I am very impressed with the level of service I receive from AlarmGrid. Most recently, Fred Daniels went above and beyond in helping me diagnose and resolve issues with our system. I spoke with him last week when one of our water sensors detected a leak, and then again this week to follow up. He helped me change the type of signal prompted by the water sensor (from "police panic" to "engineering"), researched how I might remove the error on my panel, and investigated where I could find additional water sensors to attach to our existing system. All while being incredibly competent, understandable, and patient. Thank you, Freddy and AlarmGrid!

I am new to the alarm system with this company and I called on a Friday night and I thought there would be no one to help. I was wrong. I had a tech named Travis who spent so much time walking me through everything and got everything I needed done. If you call ask for Travis and you will see what I mean. Not only a great guy but really smart. The type that knows how to explain things without making you feel dumb. Class act !!
