Alarm GridReviews of alarmgrid.com

This company is great. It enables you to customize your system and provides informed guidance along the way. Tech support is always fantastic and leaves you with a better understanding of your system. Travis was super helpful getting the new communicator installed and answering questions about unrelated repairs and enhancements. Many thanks guys!!!

A very positive upgrade experience. We were upgrading our alarm system with a dual path communicator and Freddie was both highly responsive and effective at helping us get it up and running. The online resources were also very useful.

Alarm Grid’s Tech Support Rep, Travis, was very patient and helpful throughout the process as I worked with him on my problem: the SIXMINICT lost power and I lost further control of it (accidentally “bricked” it) by deleting it from the system when it went into “trouble mode” instead of giving a low battery indication. Actually "Fred" also played a key role in recognizing what must have happened, and "Travis" worked with me over the long haul to get it all figured out and a new part shipped out to me. Alarm Grid is exemplary in providing these really great support techs and faithful in providing a replacement component for the inoperable one. A++++.

needed to change out battery on Honeywell pet proof motion sensor in basement. Bottom latch to case was artfully concealed by wife's unauthorized installation of thermometer just below sensor. I mean, everyone knows that the Honeywell 5800PIR-RES petproof motion sensor requires proximate ambient temperature data 24&7, so once I removed the thermometer to find the latch to change out the battery, I knew I had screwed the pooch. So, called AlarmGrid and got Freddie Daniel on the horn. Now, Freddie is one of these guys who, no matter how stupid the customer's inquiry, he - Freddie, has karma apps guaranteed to keep the customer from realizing how stupid the question was for a minimum of two days. True story. He had no way of seeing that the the latch was hidden by the thermometer so he just gave me all the required data and that was that. Our discussion also was proactive re sensors and video for the barn and the garage, down the road. You guys are pros. Pleasure to rely upon you. Later. Tim Seward

Alarm Grid has been great to work with from design and trouble shooting. Monitoring and supplies are priced fairly and reasonably. Great Value and Great service.

Time and again, the folks at Alarm Grid go above & beyond. Travis walked me through some updated testing requirements today (first by email, then a follow-up phone call to ensure I got it all right). I never hesitate to reach out for help with these folks. Both from a hardware/system compatibility standpoint and tech support. Exceptional company.

I found Alarm Grid when searching for a way to "self monitor" my system, and boy am I glad I did ! I ran into some problems with a used keypad, and reached out for help. Travis C answered and held my hand through the whole thing. It turned out to be a strange issue, but he never gave up, and followed up the next day to check on me. This level of service is unheard of in today's world, Great job, Travis, and thanks Alarm Grid --- IDK why anyone would go anywhere else!

Darrell k helped me get my system connected to total connect so I can self monitor it. It was very easy and he was very helpful. Definitely recommend alarm grid!
