I spoke to a very patient gentleman named Keith. It took us almost two hours to complete the install. He was very understanding about how important it was for the alarm to work! His shift ended at 6. We got off the phone after 7. Great customer service. As we all know it’s impossible to find that nowadays!!! Thanks again!

I originally found Alarm Grid via YouTube when researching alarm systems for my new house in 2017. I found them to be very informative and supportive through the entire purchase process. Coming back 5 years later, I was able to add on monitoring to my system and receive the same level of support for I received back in 2017. AlarmGrid are great! They shipped the components I needed, and then once I had them installed they scheduled an appointment to set it up for the same day. Have been a customer for years, service has always been good. But tonight 9pm on a Fri I had an issue and know it was outside of business hours. Left a message figuring I won't hear from anyone until Monday. Travis called me and diagnosed the issue (my misunderstanding something / customer error) and changed a setting to operate how I was thinking.. and offered to review other things. I felt bad and was trying to end call faster to not mess up his Friday night. AWESOME SERVICE. AlarmGrid and Travis Rock.

I have a 20 year old burglar alarm box with a key pad that was stand alone for years. Wife and I decided it was time to update and arm from your phone. Nathan had me up and running 100% in about 10min. Very knowledgable guy. Arm/disarm the whole deal. Wow! this was easy. Not always the case for me and technology. Really refreshing to get A1 customer service. Not had that in a while.

I recently decided to add an alarm.com system in my primary home. I already have the system in other houses and enjoy the smart home and security features. I opted to order the equipment and do it myself. It was a complex system with more than 40 z wave switches. I started this project with another vendor and my experience was terrible. Alarm.com suggested I call Alarm Grid. I’m so glad I did! Over the past couple of weeks, Griff and Keith have made me feel like I’m their only customer. They helped me transition the system to their platform, and Keith patiently spent hours with me until every issue I was experiencing was solved. Many of these monitoring companies are just playing a numbers game. Alarm Grid is a monitoring company, but so much more. They provide service and support like no other. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.
