From the sales staff to the support staff, Alarm Grid is awesome! After several failed attempts to get my cell card released from my old monitoring company, we finally got the card released and set up with Alarm Grid. Darrell, in support, was knowledgeable and patient and we got everything up and going with no problem. They even fixed a problem that the previous company just could not in a few minutes. I am very tech-savvy and It is great working with a company that is a Do-it-Yourself company.

Contacted support for an issue I had on the panel. Brandon helped me thru it and added links to not only the part but how to replace it. I always had great experience when contacting support. Been a loyal customer since 2016 and this group has a lot to do with that.

From purchase, to install, and working thru some issues, these guys have been great. Big shoutout to Travis, Dylan and Thomas. These guys are great!

I bought an a vista 20-p, lte-iv, a transceiver, and wireless for the door. Darrel and his team of experts helped me install from scratch the entire system. Alarmgrid is the best and Darrel is the best tech they have.
