Many complicated questions arose during the install and connection to monitoring services and each time the staff at Alarm Grid was there with answers and solutions. Most recently, Freddie in tech support found an update that was needed and without took ownership and promptly resolved. This has given us confidence to give them our account for monitoring. Truth be told, you get so much more from their service. Thank you, staff at Alarm Grid.

Recently upgraded an inactive alarm panel in my home- installed new keypads, updated the communicator, etc. While I knew I could take care of the basics myself, it was great having the team at Alarm Grid on the other end of the line. When the time came to activate service for a fully monitored system, Darrell was fantastic. From scheduling to activation, it was a remarkably easy, transparent and thoughtful process, all at affordable and competitive prices.

I just switched to Alarm Grid monitoring from another vendor. They helped me pick equipment to add wireless sensors and a communicator with wifi and z-wave capabilities to the existing system. Now I'm saving monitoring money with a more capable system. A special thanks to Darrell Kittle in tech support for sticking with it and working through some issues with Total Connect in my configuration of a LTEM-PV communicator with a PROWIFIZW card on a Vista panel with two partitions.
