I ordered a built in oven with Microwave on the 22nd of February, and paid extra for removal of the old oven. to do so, I agreed that it would be taken out and ready for disposal. At the time of purchase, they said it would be delivered no later than the 26th of February. Now they are telling me MAYBE delivery on the 6th of March. I have a family to feed with no oven. All I get from their Customer Service Dept is "Im sorry". I could have purchased from Lowes at the same price and it would have been delviered by now. Lesson learned.

0 out of 5. Use a trusted name. This company acts like they have the best prices but are criminal and their customer service is the ABSOLUTE WORST!!!! Priscilla was the name of my rep that suggested I talk with a sales person so I could order more from this criminal company!

If I need a washer ever again and this is the only place I can buy from I will 100% wash my clothes in a creek and dry them on a clothes line. The shipping company AM HOME DELIVERY is a joke…

I purchased a LG washer and dryer around July of 2025. They have a company deliver and hook up appliances. The 1st attempt to deliver, they brought a damaged washer. I refused it and they brought another. 1st question why would they bother delivering a damaged product. Waste of my time and theirs. A phone call or e-mail would have resolved that. On the 2nd delivery they installed both appliances. I didn’t get the app until recently and was notified cold water was installed incorrectly. I called AJ Madison’s and explained my dilemma. The person who answered in service department actually scoffed, when I asked if they would come back & hook up correctly. I was told, you have 48 hours to have them come back if there is a problem. I asked why they don’t honor their installations and was told a 3rd party does the installations and basically no recourse. I called LG and they gave me LG repair service near me. I made an appointment explaining only need to re-hook up cold water. The “tech” that came told me it was an HVAC problem. I am pretty savvy when it comes to troubleshooting. You could see by where the rubber hoses were placed it was wrong. I had to pay that person, because when I complained they blamed AJ Madison!! Whaat?? I finally found a real plumber and not only was it installed incorrectly to the water supply, but to the Washer that actually has an imprinted label as to what is cold and what is hot!! Not to mention the dryer has a steam and they installed that incorrectly!! May chief complaint is that this process took weeks and ended up costing me about $400 and no one was willing to satisfy the customer expect the last plumber who walked thru it with me and showed me exactly what happened, which, I had said all along!! Word of warning: never let the installers just leave without having the app on and checking to see if it was installed correctly! I shouldn’t have to take more3 time writing this review on top of the research I had to do to get a simple problem fixed. I am glad, the original installers didn’t come back. As I can only imagine what line of &%( they would give me. PS. I paid for a new foil exhaust hose for the dryer, which I found in my garage & was never even installed. I also mentioned that & was dismissed. Very disappointing and unnecessary waste of valuable time!!

Received a Smeg hood that was missing parts to install. Contacted Smeg first - never heard back. Contacted AJ Madison who looped Smeg in. 5 months later we do not have the parts. They have stated we would get a credit but we have no credit as of today. The customer service with AJ Madison was among the worst I have experienced. They essentially leave the manufacturer responsible for helping us even though we have paid AJ Madison. Stay far away from this company if you want quality support.

I’m really disappointed with my experience with ajmadison.com. I ordered a Bosch cooktop (Model NGM8058UC) on 12/20/2025 for $699. The website allowed me to add it to my cart and check out with no indication that it was unavailable. After about a week with no shipping update, I called customer service and was told it was on backorder, but I was reassured I would still receive it. When I called again today for an update, I was told the item had actually been discontinued and I should purchase the replacement model instead — which is now $1,699. Sales told me there was nothing they could do. This feels like a bait-and-switch situation, and at minimum it’s extremely poor inventory transparency. Discontinued items should not be listed as purchasable, and customers shouldn’t have to chase down basic order status updates. I won’t be ordering here again.

Very poor experience. The product arrived defective, and getting help from customer service was a nightmare. Communication was slow, inconsistent, and they were unwilling to properly resolve the problem. Selling faulty products is bad enough, but the lack of support afterward is unacceptable. I wasted time and money and would not purchase from this site again. Look elsewhere.

I spent over $25,000 with AJ Madison in 2025 on a recent renovation. And I spent another $7500 in 2021 for a previous renovation. My sales rep last year was perfect when I was purchasing. It was so easy to get ahold of him. When I wanted to add on an extra dishwasher, no problem. He was just a phone call away. But I am frustrated because of a $300 ice maker. I hate the ice maker that he recommended, but I didn't know it was bad until I tried it. Now I cannot get ahold of my sales rep. I emailed. I called. I emailed again. I called again. My sales rep is impossible to get ahold of now. And when I get a random person at the 1800 number, their answer is just "sorry, we can't help you". I will no longer be shopping at AJ Madison. I just don't trust their follow through on customer service once the sale is complete.
