AJ MadisonReviews of ajmadison.com

Wow Joe actually looked up my dishwasher and the front panel I was looking at, couldn’t figure out if it matched on the website so he CALLED Miele and got confirmation and then CALLED me to confirm it. I’m honestly shocked he’s a real person and not AI. 10/10 service. Putting the order in now. Thanks Joe!

AJ Madison was one of the only places that had a speed queen in stock and was willing to deliver it to my ZIP Code in Maryland. They’re online chat had immediate response with straightforward answers no bait and switch sales tactics. They have my washing machine to me within the week. Great experience.

Quick and painless process. And really nice to speak to someone I can understand on the phone.

Our refrigerator purchase was easy and the item arrived when scheduled. Unfortunately there was concealed damage to the front of the freezer drawer. But AJ Madison's customer service staff took charge getting a replacement and the process was handled very smoothly.
