Poor shipping options for small purchases that can fit in Priority Mail packages for half the price

Placed original order online, order was cancelled due to "Out of stock" Online information does not match actually inventory. Tried calling to get clarity on items actually in-stock and recommendations on alternative. Sat on HOLD for 45mins NOTHING. Called back in to customer service this time only to be transferred back to sales where I got put back on hold. Tried Chat via online and NOTHING. Finally I took a shot in the dark, placed another order. Not sure if it is in stock or the correct set up for my needs, but that obviously isn't the concern of AJ Madison anymore.

Don’t make someone take a review

$30 for shipping from NY is a ripoff. Also fake promo codes on retail me now don't work.

Grateful they had the product I needed, but shipping was exorbitant! As much as the product. If there was ANY other option, I would have taken it. Highway robbery. Merry Christmas AJ Madison, your present came early. I WON'T be back.
