I bought a Samsung range and refrigerator from AJ Madison. They matched the best price I could find nationally. I needed shipping from NJ to ME. When I ordered, customer service immediately contacted me to let me know both items were back-ordered and if I wanted to cancel. I said no, let me know when they arrive. I was contacted and delivery scheduled when each item arrived at the dock. Delivery service and tracking was excellent. Items were delivered in perfect condition. Price, service communication, and delivery all met my expectations. I will certainly purchase from this company again.

I'm not sure why people who order from AJ have installers, install. Most of the problems here are from that. Just have them delivered and hire people to do it for you, like I'm doing. I had a gas plumber come in to prepare for the range and after it's delivered, I'll have the City come in to hook up to ensure that there are no gas leaks. The fridge is simple and so will the dishwasher be. Save yourself money and just have them drop off the appliance. Easy fix. Problem solved. I personally love AJ. They have great prices and awesome product to choose from. I'm not gonna ding them for an installer that I took a chance on. You have to know that they aren't part of AJ. They are contracted out by AJ. I give Madison five stars. Six actually.

My experience was great. I ordered a portable air conditioner and it was delivered in 3 days. There was 1 thing worth noting, albeit wasn't very significant to say it was a negative experience. On the day I ordered, I noticed my CC wasn't verified. I waited a day and called AJ Madison. The first person I spoke to was a bit rude when I asked why my CC hasn't been verified. He said, "I'll forward you to my finance department." There, a lady (I wish I remembered her name) picked up and she said, "apologies for the delay, your CC is now verified and your AC will be delivered tomorrow", and it was! Summary: There was some uncertainty with my CC and when my product would arrive, but in the end, it worked out thanks to the finance lady and the delivery folks :)
