Very professional and courteous !!!

They were able to deliver a freezer that nobody else had. It is the top upright freezer. Customer service is always good in getting back and adding additional services such as freezer pick up after I had purchased

I bought a new house in Montauk, New York that included appliances all supplied by AJ Madison. When my wine fridge broke I contacted the rep Mordy Mueller and with the help of Cheryl Cucco the wine fridge was replaced. They spent a lot of time and effort helping me, it is a second home so it took a lot of back and forth to set up a time for them to get the replacement here. I see a lot of bad reviews overall but my experience with these two was excellent.

I ordered before I read the reviews. As soon as I saw how bad the reviews were I called to cancel. I was assured the washer and dryer would be delivered promptly. So I decided to trust them. And sure enough. Great delivery and great communication.

Bought a new Bosch dishwasher at a good price, however a part is missing. After several emails AJ Madison was helpful in getting this replaced.

I recently bought a stove and a dishwasher from AJMadison in Brooklyn. It was complicated in that when they delivered the dishwasher, a leak in my water line was discovered. A plumber was called to fix the leak before the dishwasher could be installed, a several day process. JM my sales contact was on top of the issues the entire time, fast, professional and assuring me that all would be fine. It was! Second issue when the stove was delivered it could not fit into kitchen. I had to have the kitchen door removed before installation. A two day process, my responsibility. AJMadison's sales contact, same man, was on top of the problem, delivering time, repeat service, etc. .professional, fast, ex feedback. He made what was a "trying experience" the very best it could be, to help me. I cannot recommend enough the products, the SERVICE, follow up...it was superb TO MANAGEMENT: you have a most valued employee!

This is the third time I've used them. There was a hiccup on the second delivery, but it was resolved quickly. This last delivery was awesome! Quicker than I expected and a Sunday morning delivery! Who could ask for more. I live in a small rural town in Colorado. To get the same unit from Denver was a $200.00 charge. So that's how much aj Madison saved me on this purchase.

AJ Madison’s customer service in my experience was AAA. There were issues with my order, due to me entirely. First I ordered the wrong range then I didn’t do my diligence checking out the replacement range and missed some damage. AJM never gave up on me. They continued to work with me until I received the range I wanted. Everyone I encountered at AJM treated me with kindness and respect. in my estimation AJM went over and above to make sure I was a satisfied customer!!! I would not hesitate for a moment to highly recommend AJ Madison as a company to do business with.
