Super customer service that went beyond to make sure our delivery included installation after I forgot to check off the box while making my order - including following up to make sure both the delivery contractor and I were informed the addition of installation had been completed. I wish every customer service group I deal with would be this proactive and customer oriented!

Mariami was responsive as well as sensitive to my dilemma. Just paid $2,600 for a new wine fridge that was defective. the door had to be replaced... the new door still has open gaps/spaces through the gasket. Mariami worked to come to an agreement/settlement.

Everything was simple and easy. I called with my order number and the consultant said that they would send me an email with the next steps to take. I followed the directions, return labels were emailed to me, and now my things are on the way.
