I purchased a stove, fridge, and microwave from AJ Madison. In the first attempt, the stove was crushed from both sides, and I am not sure how the delivery crew hasn't seen it before they attempt to take it out of the truck.. which resulted in waiting for an additional week to get it delivered. They offered a 25% discount for the damaged stove, but even if you would get it for free, you'd have to buy another one. And now the SCAM part - The CreditCard I used to purchase the appliances is the card I have not used in years. A month later, and someone somewhere (know the exact store and the amount) is trying to buy something with my credentials. Unacceptable! Please be aware of what info you are sharing with them. Delivered damaged appliances. I was supposed to have someone contact me. Of course that never happened. Customer service does not answer nor do they call back or respond to email Avoid 124792775 Please provide a timely response. Its like you all took my money and wiped your hands They called me within an hour of giving a 1 star review with a solution to my problem. Happy for the resolution!! Wish they would have answered and or called me back. Prices are good. Delivery was fast considering it’s 2020

Abie was able to figure out what I needed, and reviewed with me what's included. No surprises - - that's very good. It longer than i expected to get my turn, though. I guess you guys are busy with lots of business!
