I thought I would get better service by calling the toll free number. Agent said he couldn't give me the same shipping cost as buying online, so I had to order online. One would think that talking to an agent would get me the same deal or better as online.

Would like to have the option to chat or speak with someone regarding estimated delivery date

I am still waiting for the rebate, then I will come back to give another star. The final star was gone because installation costs are pretty high compared to other places. I hope we can discuss that over the phone. I hope to get my dishwasher soon! I waited for 3 months for this rebate offer. Thank you so much, I wouldn't be able to afford it without the rebate... it will come back to pay for it. Thank you very much.

Company has hard to find inventory. Very high shipping cost. Just ordered the "hard to find" product. To be determined: condition of product upon delivery, help if problem or damage to delivered product, ease of return if needed.

Would have rated higher but strange no one avail to speak w on black friday. So had to order without being able to clarify couple things.Also, delivery times very vague, no sense how long standard takes or how to coordinate what week would b ideal.,
