My name is Ernesto. I ordered a freezer, but it wasn't in stock. I contacted customer service, and they kindly explained that it was already on its way to their warehouse. They said they would let me know when it arrived and when they would ship it to Miami. The customer service representative was very helpful. I hope to receive the freezer as soon as possible.
