A month and a half! That's how long I waited for anything close to an update on my order only to realize it had been cancelled! The only email I received was a confirmation and then three weeks later, a supervisor finally told me the order was on hold. Fine, sure that's cool. So after about ten calls to Hobbytron, since Airsplat won't answer the phone, I relay the necessary information and wait again. Nothing else from these people. All I wanted was an ASG CZ 75 to use as a prop and the boneyard item they were selling would've sufficed since finding a metal 75B is near impossible unless you want a new one. So now I call Hobbytron again and they just told me the order was refunded. Thank you Airsplat. Thanks for cancelling my order and never getting back to me. At least I'm getting my money back. Unless that takes a month and a half, too

Great price on a really hard to find product, replacement parts for fast mags. Shipped and to my door much faster than I expected.

Great prices, availability, and service. Overall great place to buy anything airsoft for both beginners and more experienced players. 1 minor issue is that for some items it doesn't give you an estimated delivery time.
