I placed an order, and emailed them after 5 days for a follow-up because it had not shipped. I was told that the order would go out that day and I would get tracking. The order was not shipped that day, nor the next day, and not even the day after that. At the end of that last day I canceled the order and demanded a refund. A 5 day wait for an order to even ship is absurd, let alone more than a week.

Honestly, my friend and I decided to buy some smoke grenades for out next photoshoot. Turns out that they didn't ship it the next business day or 2. I tried to contact them about the orders and no response until I asked for a order cancelation or refund. They responded quickly as soon as I wanted a refund. After that escalated quickly, a week later they told me they had run out on some of the smoke grenades we wanted but the website clearly says it's in stock. But never again will I buy for this site again. Shipping took too long

I ordered two pairs of BDU's from them two weeks before a competition and after three calls and a week that went by I was informed that i would no longer be getting them because the entire pallet was moldy. I was given a refund on this past Thursday (3/9/2017) to only never get my refund email until today (3/14/2017). I had to call them and have them redo my refund, which I was told had been done with me on the phone on the 9th. I am really disappointed. They didn't offer me a store credit or anything to make me happy. I'm not shopping here again. -Hunter Robinson

In the past I've felt perfectly fine ordering things online, well that is untill I ordered my item from airsplat. It started out with instantly getting an Emil to review them which I thought was a little weird but whatever, they just want to know how they are doing. So I continued to wait for atleast a confirmation email atleast telling me thanks for ordering! Well it was 4 days after ordering and I hadent received any word about my order, so I naturally started wondering if I was just scammed since they were so quick to take the money from my account but I had no proof that I had even ordered anything from them. So finally I had to call just to see when I should expect anything, since you know... I didn't get tracking information for a product that for my knowledge didn't exist. The call people were friendly but I was also put on hold for a solid 20 minutes before I actually was transferred to someone who could tell me that yeah I had an actual package coming. All in all one of the worst experiences I've had but luckily they were really polite so no voices were needed to be raised.
