Awesome place, I will definetly buy from here again

Bought a gun that stated it was in stock but had limited availability. Had to wait a week before calling just for them to say "whoops, it's out of stock, would you like a refund?" The 2 stars is for issuing me the refund in less than a week and that's about it. First time trying out Airsplat rather than Airsoft GI/Evike and will not be using Airsplat again. RIP

Did what they said they would when they said they would

Stay away from this place !!!! I called them several time and left messages for them and know one ever got back to me , the gun was a piece of junk lt and broke the first day!!! Tried to call again but yet again know one got back to me do yourself a favor and buy your guns somewhere else !!!!

I purchased a product not in stock and on the site it was labeled at in stock. A few days after the purchase I was notified of this error and was offered "a similar product at the same price". Unfortunately that was the product I was interested in and not some other product that I did not know of. No thanks. I love airsplat but this time I took my business elsewhere.

Order placed Jan 3 paying for expedited shipping. Credit card charged that day. Order listed as "processing" for over 7 days. Repeated attempts to reach customers service met dead line. Calls answered by message then transferred to line with no answer. Only received action after I contacted Amazon requesting status of order.

i was able to get 15% off my total purchase! i was amazed at how quickly i was able to order it, hopefully shipping comes in 8 days as stated because i would really love to give this site 100% of my buying experience

While the price was competitive for the air soft gun we ordered, it had been a week since so ordered and I have not received a notice for shipping. I've received no communication after my initial email that my order had been placed.
