Aire ServReviews of aireserv.com

We have been using Aire Serv of Sumter for going on 5 years now. They have been nothing but professional and knowledgeable in all our dealings. TJ came out today as our system seemed to be working a full potential. After resetting the heat and cool several times whatever was blocking the system allowed the AC to work at full capacity. Very satisfied Customer as always with Aire Serv.

AIRSERV was recommended by a wonderfull friend a year ago my mini spliter had some problems and recommended this local Air-conditioning co. I called next day in less than 10 minutes repairs were completed service charge done. A year later I decided to install a unit in my bedroom. Called AIRSERV. Next day visit looked at the room made a recommendation gave me a budget that worked for me. Diego and Victor shows up 10:30;am. To my surprise began the installment by 1 pm 3 electricians came installed and turned rhe unit on done by 3:30 pm....wow I'm so excited. On time, totally Profesional crew brand new equipment thankfully happiness in Cathedral City. Thanks again Rafael

Very professional, friendly, polite, knowledgeable. Sent a picture of our technician, Raylen, and let us know he was on the way. After his service, he gave us a printed copy of what all he had checked and cleaned. We now have a twice a year checkup with them.

Charlie with Air Ser was here on June 23.. he was very respectful and professional.. he covered his shoes and was asking all the question and answering all my questions.. I thought he was very thorough and went thru unit in and outside the house.. He explained everything to me and also about the yearly maintenance agreement which i agreed to.. i was very pleased with this service today..

Live in Dalton Ohio don't recommend they charged me $378.00 to put on one boot on my mobile home and had a estimate for another boot to be replaced and the roofing company only charged me $80.00 will not renew my service as a yearly paid customer again.. I'm handicapped lady and $378.00 was a chunk to pay. 😢

First technician came out and said our AC was not broken and that we needed to recycle the unit to get i to come on. Didn't work. Call again they came out and said oh there is no coolant in the AC!!!!! Lies. How could they not see a leak that was present for the coolant to leak out. They told me it might have happened in between visits????? Really????? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Our Heat exchange unit was damaged (unbeknownst to us) and we had no cool air at all. The heat bothers my husband's health so I called several repair places, but no one answed except AireServ. They had replaced our furnace, in the past, so I knew they were good, but didn't know about heat exchange units. Chad was the technician who came the same day I called, found several problems which he repaired, and he had it up and running in just 2 hours. It is working now better than it did when it was installed last year. AireServ, once again gave great service. I highly recommend them.

DO NOT HIRE THIS CLOWNS, NOY PROFESSIONALS aire Serv on north wales tried to install damaged HVAC equipment which was paid for and was the right fit, but instead they returned equipment and got equipment that was smaller resulting in 89 degrees temp on 2nd floor. Both the owner, Joe Fetko and tech both damaged my ceiling by putting their foot thru two ceilings, the unit was not the right fit therefore causing a huge stain in my foyer as well. The unit immediately malfunction and they have been back 3 or 4 times, this unit was swapped out without our consent or acknowledgement. Poorest quality of equipment used and installation was a joke. Now Aire Serv refuses to acknowledge our complaints and corp is now getting involved. This was either a scam or really screwed up franchise, either way, they are totally responsible for all my damages and to replace out air hanlder in attic so temp can get below the 80's. Truly very disappointed and dont be another senior citizen victim
