Horrible horrible customer service. I scheduled an appointment with them. Tried several times to get them on the phone, emailed them and spoke to a lady that took down a message for me had a simple question about diagnostic fees. No one ever got back to me so I canceled my appointment. If this is how you do business before you even come to my home no thank you

STAY AWAY Bought furnace/ac from Aire Serv 5 years ago that came with 10 year parts & labor warranty. Furnace now needs repair and I tried to claim on warranty. Called Aire Serv and told need to talk to management re warranty claim and someone would contact me. Well, 7 calls later over the next 2 weeks with repeated promises that someone would call and no one did. Doesn’t look like these guys are going to honor their warranty. Only one location in Canada is left so I posted my review here even though they are not the ones resposible. I would post on corporate parent but cant find them online.

This company is the worst in customer service. We set up 3 different appointments to have our quarterly check done on our units, 3 times they cancelled the day of the visit. After finally getting them to show up, and as always we “needed” something replaced, this time a capacitor. My husband agreed to the replacement, then the mess started. We found out through our plumbing company that it was evident that the technician hit a pipe leading to the drain to the bathroom on the second floor. It was the biggest mess you have ever seen. The entire sink area (where the pipe was hit exploded and the entire sink area, wall, floors, doors and mirrors looked like a small bomb had gone off. To make matters worse we called our area Air Serv a “neighborly company”. Who offer 24/7 service has yet to contact us regarding our problem…. We’ve had a contract with them for about 2 years, we cancelled our contract and will find a company that is a little bit more neighborly and a company who can at least contact you when you have an emergency. I have pictures of the disgusting mess they caused. Do yourself a favor and find someone who is ready to respond when you have an emergency and it’s not AIR SERV!!!!

My home warranty company (American home shield) contracts with Air Serv. Air Serv was assigned to our A/C issue as indoor temps were rising. When they arrived, they quickly identified that the unit was low on freon. I asked where the leak was and the rep could not identify or confirm there was a leak. The following week, indoor temperatures began to rise again. Air Serv communicated they would not be out until the following week (we were in an extreme heat warning and I have pets). I called another local company who came out immediately and within minutes confirmed that freon was again low and that there was a size 3 leak. I have no idea why the leak was not identified when air serv came out, showed up, billed me $188.25 to address the problem immediately only to have the same issue present again the following week when temperatures were even higher. This has been a terrible experience from beginning to end.

Our AC died on us just before the most severe heat wave of the season. We called and within 2 hours a tech was at our door, diagnosed the situation and his advice enabled us to have our AC running again soon. We were grateful and so were our 4 animals. Thanks

Andrew and Austin were very professional and knowledgeable. They were able to diagnose and repair the AC unit quickly. I highly recommend them.

i would like to say thank you to Bryson for coming out and fixing my unit he was very professional and very friendly and he knew exactly what to do to fix my unit and he took the unit apart and he gave it a good cleaning so i would definitely give Bryson five stars so thanks again Bryson
