⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Customer Service — Highly Recommend Aire Serv! My A/C unit went out over the Fourth of July weekend, and unfortunately, it took about seven weeks to finally get a replacement unit approved and installed through my home warranty company. During what was a very frustrating process, the team at Aire Serv of South Hills of Pittsburgh provided exceptional customer service. The technicians, Luke and Josh, were wonderful! They were personable, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the problems with my system in great detail, answered all of my questions, and showed tremendous patience throughout the process. I never felt rushed or dismissed, and I truly appreciated how well they communicated with me. I especially want to recognize Tammy, the office administrator, who went above and beyond for me. She worked tirelessly with my home warranty company to help get my unit replaced. She advocated for me when I needed someone in my corner, kept me informed every step of the way, and thoroughly explained what was happening throughout the entire process. She didn’t just handle the paperwork—she genuinely seemed to care about getting the situation resolved. Going seven weeks without central air during the summer was certainly not easy, but having people who communicated, advocated for me, and treated me with kindness and respect made a difficult situation much more manageable. Thank you, Luke, Josh, and Tammy, for your professionalism, patience, and outstanding customer service. I would absolutely recommend Aire Serv of South Hills of Pittsburgh to anyone looking for an HVAC company that truly cares about its customers!

The service tech John Anderson was very knowledgeable and thorough explaining everything to us. He was very friendly and polite and we felt comfortable and reassured with his assessment of the HVAC system.

Our AC died on us just before the most severe heat wave of the season. We called and within 2 hours a tech was at our door, diagnosed the situation and his advice enabled us to have our AC running again soon. We were grateful and so were our 4 animals. Thanks
