If there was a way to give more than 5 stars I would. I have worked more than 30 years in the sales / hospitality world and have never experienced better, faster and more genuine customer service than I have with AG. They are more than a retailer; they genuinely care about their customers... This level of service is what great brands are built on and they have gotten a loyal, lifetime customer with one simple transaction.

I returned one of two pairs of AG jeans because it didn’t fit. The return process felt intentionally difficult, and it took three weeks to process. When the refund finally came through, AG credited me for the cheaper pair, even though their own return note clearly showed I sent back the more expensive jeans. I emailed customer service and forwarded their own documentation proving the mistake. They ignored it, implied the error was mine, and refused to correct it. For a “premium” brand, this is unacceptable. I told them to keep the money. They’ve lost a customer, and I’ll make sure others know why.

Hi Lance, After reviewing your case we found that a different item was returned instead of the item you listed in the return request. All returns are processed for the items that are received not the items that are listed as intended to be returned. If you wish to return the higher priced item we will be happy to provide an additional return label for you to return the item.

Bought multiple sweatshirts, the one I really wanted was not in the shipment. CS claims they have video of it being packed for shipment. Spoke with two people only to be told to go “kick rocks”. To top it all off Discover card said they can’t deny a partial charge. I’ll go elsewhere to buy my mid quality gear from now on.

Purchased 2 pairs of Tellis selvage jeans. The fit on these is completely different from my other Tellis pants and I cannot use them. Additionally, one pair came slightly damaged. Not cool charging $10 to return bad products.

In the future, we recommend reaching out to us directly so we can help right away with any item that doesn’t meet our quality standards. To clarify, the $10 return fee only applies to standard returns. Items received damaged or defective are always eligible for a complimentary return or replacement with the proper documentation. If you haven’t already, please reach out to our customer service team with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll take care of the damaged pair for you right away.

Excellent customer service. Prompt attention to email even on Friday after Thanksgiving! Requested a price adjustment via email with order #, received a same day response reminding me that adjustment would make product final sale (which is appreciated that it wasn’t assumed I would know) and when I answered in the affirmative the refund was issued same day.

The quality of products needs no introduction, shipping is super fast, and when I had once a problem with one item shipped, customer support was truly supportive, gave me options and stuck to it until it was solved.
