I have 4 pair of the AG Los Angeles jeans. I love the quality, fit and fabric. I also had a very positive experience with AG customer service. They responded to my request immediately and resolved the issue.

Terrible customer service - refused to grant price adjustments within a 30 day window because we had too many orders. Punished for being loyal customers who placed a lot of orders.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear you were unhappy with the resolution we provided. While our Semi-Annual Sale terms state that price adjustments are not available on previous purchases, we made a courtesy exception and honored a price adjustment on orders that were placed within 7 days prior to the start of the sale. Unfortunately, we were unable to extend that exception beyond those orders. We truly appreciate your loyalty and regret that our decision left you feeling undervalued.

I made an exchange on a pair of jeans, that were originally 30% off. Then AG started their annual sale, and they were even cheaper! So I asked for a price adjustment, and CS made it easy to do so. I got my smaller size and bigger price reduction, so I'm a happy customer!

Longtime fan of the brand, been wearing their jeans and pants for many years. Customer service has been fantastic, most recently honoring sale prices on items I had purchased less than a week prior by sending a refund for the difference. I will be a fan for life!

I have worn AG Jeans for several years and love the quality and style. They do not go out of style and hold up so well. I receive compliments almost every time I wear my Angel Bootcut and Kora wide leg jeans. The compliment is always "Where did you get your jeans? You look so polished and pulled together." I already owned maybe ten pairs of AG jeans when the Hattie Grapeful Glow caught my eye. I know my sizes in certain styles but this one was new to me so I asked for advice, which I promptly received. Did I take the advice? I did not. So, about four days before I'd hoped to wear them, I needed to make a return, which was super easy. I reached out again asking if I could pay a fee and have the jeans delivered in time for the weekend. I was told they were already on the way...no charge. I've since bought another pair of Hattie jeans, Thalia shorts and two tee shirts. I love your products and your customer service is EXCEPTIONAL.
