Great Visit more time needed between patient appointments
The person was very knowledgeable and informed about the medication and what things were needed to address my health concerns. I think agile should allow them extra time between patients so as to allow if appointments run over time and to allow a little more time for questions. It is unfair to both them and the patient(s).

Experience has been great and easy
Experience has been great and easy. Although it’s a seamless experience I feel like my health is taken seriously and the physicians care.

Provider was knowledgeable
Provider was knowledgeable, personable, and listened to my concerns and went over my profile to determine best option for me. Visit felt complete and not rushed, which I appreciate.

Practitioner superb
Although there were issues with the connection of the video, the backup practitioner was helpful and quick to connect via my cell and then VERY detailed in the background and recommendations. Very satisfied!

Great, smooth and efficient! Np Michael was very professional and informative. He provided me the knowledge I needed in such little time and reassurance that himself and all providers are available if I had any further questions or concerns. Thank you
