BEWARE! This rating would have been a 4 based on the quickness of the consult, the ease of sign up, and the receipt of the first month's medication. I needed to pause taking it, so when my card was billed for the next month (they auto charge you whether you have filled out the refill form or not), I contacted the company to verify that it hadn't shipped yet and requested a refund. That's when the runaround/SCAM started. Five different reps told me 5 different things and long story short, they kept my $300 and did not ship the medication. I'm out of $300 for absolutely nothing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Hi Angela, Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re truly sorry for the frustration and confusion you’ve encountered. We understand how upsetting it must feel to be charged and not receive your medication, especially after being given different information by multiple representatives. That’s not the experience we want for our patients. We take concerns like this very seriously and would really like the opportunity to review your case in detail and make things right where possible. For further assistance, please reach out to our support team directly so we can investigate this for you: Email: [email protected] Phone: 307-278-6904 We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to resolve this for you as soon as possible. Kind Regards, Agile Telehealth

Convenient to set up time to talk and not needing to wait long for appointment opportunities

The nurse I spoke to was great. She gathered information and made a recommendation. She listened to what I had to say and responded to my concerns.

I’m not sure if they can actually tell how I am doing on the medication but so far it’s working. Although not quite quickly as I’d like. The pharmacy was changed this time so I am a little concerned but I should know in a few days. Only a one way communication process makes it difficult to ask questions and be completely informed. I did check on the new pharmacy and it seems okay. There were a few complaints on delays. Hopefully I won’t have any issues.

Hi Kim, Thank you so much for your feedback! We’re really glad to hear that the medication is working for you so far, even if it’s not as quickly as you’d like. We completely understand your concerns about the pharmacy change and the importance of feeling fully informed throughout the process. We also hear your concern about the communication being one-way, and we appreciate you sharing that, it’s helpful feedback as we continue working to improve the patient experience. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share this, and we’re grateful to have you with us! Kind Regards, Agile Telehealth Team

Absolutely terrible. This is fully run by AI. And I wish I were kidding. On mine, the system froze up and kept sending me notifications to fill out some online form I already filled out. Then I would call to have them stop these messages and it took multiple days with the offshore people from India and Korea, Japan, China, etc blaming AI the whole time. Then on the second month, my medication doesn't show up for GLP-1. I call to ask where it was and the same result was for them to blame AI saying "we don't know. You'll have to talk a provider"... and then wait 2 days. In that 2 days, someone figured out what the issue was because a form from a questionnaire had an incorrect weight and their system couldn't handle it... and they refused to send the medication. That's understandable but they'd often call from random phone numbers that were clearly fake as these were all offshore phone centers. So each call they'd do would show up as spam and I wouldn't get them. Each one would be with someone with a thick Indian accent telling me his name was Phil or something as I'm sure every Indian kid knows dozens of Phils and Johns in their country. So you don't know which is a spam call or one from them since they don't show up on caller ID correctly. Turns out that because of this, no one contacted me for a week and just decided to take my money for the month ($300) and then not deliver anything. They resolved it this week and it's en route but I'd never deal with these people again. This is clearly a scam amateur hour entity which is using AI and offshoring everything while still charging more than anyone else for this GLP-1 medication. All of these reviews feel fake and maybe this is how they used to be before they started just using AI for medical decisions... also keep in mind that sometimes you'll get a call from an AI IVR system that will sense any sound including rustling papers or hair brushing up on the mic as a voice sound you make and it will just stop talking... and when you're trying to figure out why they're calling you, the IVR just stops talking and then eventually says "goodbye" because with the overcharging for services and lack of actual people who are medically trained, you wonder where your money goes... and it's clearly not into improving services.

Hi Lauren, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re truly sorry for the frustration and inconvenience you’ve gone through.
