I found Agile through my HSA, and decided to go with them over the more well-known platforms. I felt confident that they were legit since they were partnered with HealthEquity, but that is not the case! I completed their online assessment and was told I was eligible for treatment and would receive my first months meds within a few business days! I paid the first payment of $199 for one month of medication (semaglutide) and I was officially “subscribed” to Agile Health on Friday, March 6. It wasn’t until AFTER I paid that I was told I actually WAS NOT eligible yet. I now had to make an appointment with one of their specialists to decide if I would qualify and for which medications. I may also need to get additional labs and bloodwork at my own expense before I could be approved. This was not at all what I was told before I made payment, but okay I guess.. On to setting up that appointment! This process was a bit annoying because it kept saying “try again, this appt time is no longer available” no matter what time or day I chose. I gave up on it but eventually it worked when I came back to it later. The initial excitement I had when I signed up was short-lived. I felt misled and the patient portal was really bare-bones and low quality. There’s no way to change or cancel an appointment once it’s made. So I had to send messages in the portal ( which is not responsive or by any means a quick process of communication) in order to reschedule my appointment time. There’s also no way to cancel your subscription in the portal (I believe the FTC put this into law last year that they have to make this option visible? The cancellation process needs to be just as simple as the subscribe process). It just seems shady and very outdated. I felt regret creeping over me and I realized I probably couldn’t afford what this was likely going to end up costing me. So, I reached out to customer service on Sunday, March 8. I asked to cancel my subscription and requested they please refund me since I hadn’t started the process yet- no consultation, no medications, no contact with anyone there at all yet other than them spamming me about setting up ANOTHER appointment (this one for coaching). The next day March 9, a rep responded and said he could apply a one time coupon for $100, but no acknowledgment of my request. I asked again to please refund me and cancel the subscription. Some back and forth ensued and ultimately they sent me an email stating they had cancelled my subscription. I said thank you and asked again if they would be refunding the $199 charge, but got no response. March 10, I sent another email in the morning requesting a refund and explained again that I had not had a consultation or even been approved to receive medication at this point, no response. March 11, I finally received an email from “Zia” stating that she understood my concerns but unfortunately my order has “already been processed” and therefore cannot be refunded. Also, I will still be receiving my medication that was apparently prescribed to me. Huh?! I responded again that this was not accurate and I had canceled successfully two days ago. No services received and no medication was ever prescribed. Unsurprisingly, Zia did not respond to my email! I did follow up again 12 hours later, but at this point I’m just appalled with this company and with myself for giving them my money. I’ll be reaching out to HealthEquity to let them know this is a really bad look for them, and I’m hoping my bank can help me get a refund. And for anyone thinking about seeking services from Agile Telehealth, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere.. Literally anywhere else! Update March 12, 2026- I wish I could get the company to reply to my emails and messages with half the urgency they give responding here to poor reviews! Agile Telehealth or OpenLoop, whoever you are- Your follow up is the same script I received in your email this morning stating I won’t be getting a refund because of your “new refund policy”, no elaboration provided by you of course. The fact is I paid $200 for a specific service and product, and due to your deceptive practices and subpar customer service, I no longer felt comfortable going through this process with you. You have provided me nothing and you DO nothing, literally you are a name slapped onto someone else’s service and company and yet still you continue to jerk me around and refuse to refund money that is rightfully mine as if you earned it somehow. There’s no scenario where you don’t owe me a full refund.

Hi MP, I’m sorry for the confusion about eligibility after payment, the scheduling errors, and the difficulty canceling and getting a refund. That’s not the experience we want. We’ll review your account and the order status, including any prescription activity after cancellation, and escalate the portal and communication issues to our leads. Please email us at [email protected] so we can look into this personally. -The Agile Telehealth Team

I work in medical field and have a very busy schedule. This visit was right on time, quick and had plenty of reminders to be ready for visit.

Unbelievably bad. They botched sending me my medication, and when I tried to access my account so I could contact my provider about it, it wasn't working. I was then told I couldn't access it because of "maintenance" on the website. This was after multiple attempts contacting support for help only to be brushed off and ultimately ignored while trying to receive expensive medical care. I was charged a lot of money for medication I did not receive and for a service I could not access. I told them I wanted a refund and my account canceled. They refused to refund me due to their vague "policy". I would avoid this company at all costs, there are plenty of alternatives.
