This was only an initial appointment so I didn’t truly know what to expect. Seemed simple to answer a few questions and it didn’t take long at all. I didn’t know many questions to ask at this time. I hope that future virtual sessions are a little more informative as I begin using the medication.

Very convenient and fast. Not complicated at all to get started. Multiple dates and times available for appointments.

The Dr. was easy to talk with.

Agile Telehealth – poor experience I signed up for medication months ago. They sent the wrong prescription once; when I called, they said there was nothing they could do—I had to pay for it. They later sent the correct one, but required me to pay for that replacement too. After two successful deliveries, I requested cancellation. I’ve now called four times—each time they’ve confirmed verbally and in writing that the account is closed. On previous calls—even before eight-thirty—they told me it was done. This morning, they said the account is still open and they can’t close it until after eight-thirty, when someone ‘gets in.’ Same excuse as before. Calls involve multiple transfers, and cancellation promises aren’t honored. They’ve refunded two charges but not the third, and now they’re billing again. Service is unreliable, hard to exit, and inconsistent. I wouldn’t recommend them.

My provider was a great listener, very encouraging, explained things well and made me feel comfortable. I'm excited for this process and can't wait for the best physical version of me :)
